Following the concert, a guided tour of the lighthouse station by lighthouse docents, includes a climb to the top if you’re so inclined.

The Concert Band, community members all, is composed of retired band directors, professional musicians and talented players will offer selections including spirited marches, movie themes and show tunes, tributes to Andrew Lloyd Weber, hauntingly beautiful folk music, and even Newark, New Jersey’s finest Jersey Boys, the Four Seasons.

Ponce Inlet Lighthouse Lead Docent John Mann will narrate the history and background of each piece.

The website for the Concert Band features past performances and is at daytonabeachconcertband.org. Admission is included in the regular Ponce Inlet Lighthouse fees. For more information, please contact the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse at 386-761-1821, Extension 18.
